A calling desk for service enquiries and booking follow-up
Service advisors spend the day on the phone — booking enquiries, parts updates, reminder calls — often from a personal mobile or a shared line with no record. WebCallHub gives each advisor a Call button next to the customer, and logs every call's outcome automatically.
Service calls leave no record, so nothing is followed up twice
A customer calls about a quote, or an advisor calls to confirm a booking or chase a declined job. Without a shared record, the next person who picks up the phone has no idea what was already said — customers repeat themselves, and declined work that could be re-offered is forgotten.
Every service call is logged against the customer
A Call button appears next to each customer or booking. The call itself, and its outcome, are written back automatically — whichever booking or workshop system you use.
One click, garage number shown
The advisor's browser or desk phone rings first, then the customer — showing the garage's own number.
Customers reach the advisor who knows their vehicle
A customer calling back is routed to the advisor who owns their job, ahead of the general desk.
Every call becomes a record
Direction, length and status are logged automatically, plus an outcome (booked, declined, callback, no answer, left message) with free-text notes.
A callback is a date, not a memory
Picking "callback" creates a dated follow-up your team can see and action.
What a service desk actually needs
- A garage or dealership service centre calling about quotes, bookings and reminders all day
- A service manager who wants call volume and outcomes reported per advisor
- Repeat customers routed to the advisor who already knows their vehicle's history
- A team wanting to re-offer declined work from a dated follow-up, not a forgotten note
Frequently asked questions
Does this integrate with our booking system?
Not out of the box — there is no prebuilt, named connector for any specific booking or workshop management system. The integration is WebCallHub's API plus a webhook your booking system's vendor or developer wires up. Verify this with sales before buying if a booking-system integration is a requirement, not an assumption.
What does it cost?
It uses the same Calling Desk plan sold to recruiting, auto sales and property teams — per seat from $39/seat/month ($34 from 5 seats, $29 from 10, $25 from 25, $21 from 50), with 500 PSTN minutes per seat pooled and $0.04/minute beyond that. Self-serve up to 200 seats.
What gets logged per call?
Direction, duration, status, and an outcome the advisor picks from a fixed list, with free-text notes. A callback outcome creates a dated follow-up.
What can't it do?
There is no power or predictive dialer, no local-presence number pool, and no real-time push to a booking system without that system's own integration work. Outbound calls are recorded only when the workspace sets recording to always-on.
