Every website call, in the CRM your team already uses
Connect SuiteCRM or monday.com in about two minutes. A new caller becomes a record; a returning caller gets the call added to theirs. Nothing to install, and nothing for your team to retype.
The call happens, and then the context evaporates
Someone reads your pricing page, clicks to talk, and asks good questions. Ten minutes later the only trace is a line in a phone log and whatever the rep remembered to type. Which page they were on, which campaign brought them, what they actually asked — gone, unless somebody wrote it down.
The part a phone system cannot tell you
Your PBX knows a number rang. It cannot know the caller was reading /pricing, arrived from your Google campaign, and asked about seat limits. WebCallHub starts in the browser, so it knows all of that — and writes it onto the right CRM record the moment the call ends.
Matched, not duplicated
Callers are matched on email. A returning customer's call is added to their existing record instead of creating a second one.
The acquisition context
The page they called from, the referrer, their location and the UTM campaign — on the record, every time.
Transcript and recording
Attached when the caller consented, and never when they did not. Consent is decided in one place and applies on every route out.
Missed calls too
A call nobody answered still reaches your CRM. So does a voice message left when your team was offline — that is a lead with their own words on it.
Which CRM you can connect today
- SuiteCRM 7.x or 8.x — connect with an OAuth2 client, nothing to install
- SuiteCRM behind a firewall — install our module instead and it fetches calls from us, so your server never has to be reachable
- monday.com and monday CRM — paste an API token, then pick your board and email column from your own account
- Both at once, which is what a team mid-migration between CRMs actually needs
- Your own or in-house CRM — give us a URL and we post every call to it as signed JSON
- Your own CRM with no public URL — it polls us instead, so nothing of yours is exposed
Frequently asked questions
Which CRMs are supported?
SuiteCRM (7.x and 8.x) and monday.com, including monday CRM, are the prebuilt connectors — HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive are not built yet, and we would rather say so than let you find out after signing up. Anything else still works: we can post every call to a URL you control as signed JSON, or your system can poll ours for the same records.
We use our own CRM. Does this work for us?
Yes, and which option you want depends on one question: can we open a connection to your system from the internet? If yes, use the webhook — you give us a URL, we POST each call to it as signed JSON the moment it ends, and your side is one HTTP handler. If your CRM sits behind a VPN or on a private network, use the pull API instead: your system polls ours on a schedule, so you make the outbound connection and nothing of yours is exposed. Same call records either way.
Do I have to install anything in my CRM?
No. Both connect from the WebCallHub dashboard — SuiteCRM with an OAuth2 client id and secret, monday.com with an API token. The one optional install is our SuiteCRM module, for instances behind a firewall that we cannot reach from the internet; it fetches calls from us instead, and adds click-to-call beside every phone number.
What actually lands on the record?
The call itself, linked to the person: the page they called from, the referrer, their location, the UTM campaign, how long it lasted, and anything they typed before calling. With the caller's consent, the transcript and a link to the recording as well.
Will a repeat caller create a duplicate?
No. Callers are matched on their email address against the field you choose, and the call is added to the record that already exists. A caller who leaves no email is not written to your contacts at all — there would be nothing to recognise them by next time, and a CRM full of unmergeable rows is worse than a gap.
What happens if my CRM is down?
Nothing happens to your calls. The sync runs after the call has ended and never touches the call itself. A failure is recorded, shown on the integration card in your dashboard with your CRM's own error message, and the call can be re-sent once the problem is fixed.
What does it cost?
Included on Business and above, or available as an add-on on lower paid plans. You connect it yourself from the dashboard — there is no setup call and no professional services fee.
