The owner holding a sick animal should not be holding for you.
WebCallHub puts a call button on your clinic website. An owner clicks it and reaches your desk from the browser — no number to dial, no app, no queue.
Your hands are on an animal, and the phone is ringing anyway.
A dog has eaten something it should not have. The owner is on your website at half past eight in the evening, reading your hours and trying to work out whether this can wait until morning. Your nurse is in theatre, your vet is mid-consultation, and the phone rings out. The owner does not leave a message — they search again and call the clinic that answered. You never see that call, so you never learn it happened. The routine bookings go the same way: a vaccination reminder, a nail clip, a follow-up, each lost to whoever picked up first.
A call button on the page the owner is already reading.
The owner is on your site looking at your hours or your services. They click, and the call opens in their browser to whoever on your team is online. Audio is encrypted WebRTC (DTLS-SRTP). If nobody is at the desk, the call falls back to your forwarding number so it still reaches a phone rather than dying. Every call is logged, so the ones you missed stop being invisible.
What you get
One click from your hours page
The owner deciding whether this is an emergency is already on your site. The button is there, not behind a dialled number.
Phone fallback when the desk is empty
If no one is online the call forwards to your number instead of ringing out. Paid plans include forwarding minutes; Free includes ten as a one-time trial.
Seats for the people who actually answer
Starter is two seats, Growth four, Business ten — the nurse at the desk, the practice manager, whoever is covering out of hours.
Missed calls stop being invisible
Call history and analytics on every paid plan: 30 days on Starter, 60 on Growth, 90 on Business. You can see the hour your phone loses people.
QR codes for the carrier and the collar tag
Up to 50 QR codes and call links on Growth. Put one on the discharge sheet so a worried owner reaches you without hunting for a number.
Encrypted audio, no recording by default
DTLS-SRTP browser-to-browser. Recording is a Business-plan feature you switch on, not something that happens quietly.
How it works
- Paste one line onto your website — The widget works on whatever your site is built with. No phone hardware, no PBX, nothing to install on your machines.
- Your desk opens the dashboard — Whoever is covering reception logs in from a browser tab and is reachable. Several people can be online at once, up to your plan's seats.
- Owners click, you answer — The call starts while the owner is still on your page. Everything lands in your call history, including what nobody reached.
