One calling desk for the whole team. From $39 per seat.
A shared calling desk for recruiting, sales and property teams: a busy-aware ring group, a direct line to a named person, attended transfer, live availability, and a voice message or chat when nobody is free — inside the CRM or ATS you already use.
A phone number rings one desk. Your callers need the whole team.
A candidate calls about a job, a buyer about a listing, a prospect about a quote. The person named on the page is already on a call, so the caller gets voicemail — or a colleague who is also busy gets rung a second time. Nobody sees who is free. Transfers are a phone number read out loud. The caller hangs up and tries the next firm.
The desk rings only the agents who are free, and the caller always lands somewhere.
WebCallHub's Calling Desk turns your team into one desk. A call to a named person rings that person first and falls back to the desk when they are busy or offline. A call to the desk rings every agent who is online and not already talking; the first to answer takes it. Agents see each other's status live, put callers on hold, and hand a call to a colleague after a word with them. When the desk is offline the caller leaves a voice message or starts a chat that reaches the right person.
What you get
Busy-aware ring group
Only agents who are online and free ring. An agent already on a call is never rung twice; when everyone is talking the caller keeps ringing until someone frees up, then voicemail.
Direct call to a named person
A job ad, a listing or a team card can ring one named agent — their browser, app, then their phone — with the desk as the fallback. You choose the mode per workspace from the dashboard.
Attended transfer, hold and mute
Hand a caller to a colleague at once, or after talking to them first. Hold and mute from the same call bar.
Live availability
Available, On a call, Offline — visible to the team, and optionally on a public team page so callers pick someone who is free.
Voice message and chat when offline
Outside hours the caller leaves a voice message or sends a message that goes to that agent, not to a shared inbox.
Minutes and numbers per seat
500 PSTN minutes per seat, pooled across the desk, $0.04/min after. One phone number per seat. Call recording and one year of call history.
How it works
- Buy seats on the pricing page — Pick your seat count — 1 to 200 — and pay by card. The ladder gets cheaper as the desk grows: $39, $34 from 5 seats, $29 from 10, $25 from 25, $21 from 50.
- Add your agents and pick a routing mode — Invite the team, then choose from Routing settings whether a call to a named person rings that person, the whole desk, or the person first and the desk after.
- Put the call button where your callers are — On job ads, property listings, pricing pages or a public team directory — or click-to-call from your CRM or ATS. Calls ring the browser, the desktop app, the Android app or a desk phone.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Calling Desk a different product from the Recruiter Desk?
No. It is the same plan and the same prices; the name changed because the desk sells to sales and property teams as well as recruiters.
Do I need the Calling Desk to ring the whole team?
Desk routing is included on the Calling Desk, Business and Enterprise plans. Free, Starter and Growth ring the named person only and show an upgrade hint if you try to switch.
How many seats can I buy self-serve?
1 to 200 seats on the pricing page. Larger desks are quoted by sales.
