Do guests need to install an app?
No. Scanning the QR opens their browser which calls you via WebRTC. Works on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and every modern phone.
What if my staff is busy serving?
Calls ring on the manager's laptop or phone. If nobody answers in 30 seconds, the guest can leave a voice message that goes to your email.
How is this different from a phone number?
It's in-browser, so no cell signal needed at the table — guest's Wi-Fi works. Also: no phone-number spam from scrapers.
Can I track which table called?
Yes. Each QR carries a tracking code, so the receiving manager sees "Table 7" on the incoming call screen.
