Careers & Workplace Policy
Remote-first, by design
WebCallHub is a browser-based product built by a browser-based team. We have been remote since day one — there is no headquarters that everyone else dials into, and no location that counts as the "real" office.
How we work
Work from anywhere
We hire for the work, not the postcode. Every role is open to candidates wherever we can lawfully employ or contract them through one of our two entities.
Asynchronous by default
Decisions get written down. Being in a different timezone should never mean being out of the loop, so the default is a written proposal others can read and respond to on their own clock — not a meeting.
Core overlap, not core hours
Teams agree a few hours of deliberate overlap for the conversations that genuinely need to be live. The rest of the day is yours to structure around your life.
Written-first culture
Architecture decisions, strategy, and specs live in the repository as readable documents. Anyone can catch up on why a thing is the way it is without having attended the meeting where it was decided.
Output over hours
We measure shipped work and its effect on customers, not time logged or presence indicators. Nobody is monitored for activity.
Where we are
- Austin, Texas
- Helsinki, Finland
- Espoo, Finland
- Krakow, Poland
- Bangalore, India
We operate through two legal entities: HSG IT Services Oy in Finland and HSG IT USA LLC in Austin, Texas. Both employ and contract in their regions. Registered business addresses are not offices — the team works remotely.
Working with us
We do not always have formal openings posted. If the way we work sounds like the way you work, write to us with what you would want to build and a link to something you have made. We read everything and reply.
